THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement. We cite official sources and show a “last reviewed” date, but compact law changes and we do not warrant that any information is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. You use the Site, and rely on any information, entirely at your own risk.
Assumption of risk
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about your license, employment, or practice. You assume all risk arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PGBDIC LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OWNERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES (THE “COMPANY PARTIES”) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, EMPLOYMENT, OR LICENSURE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY PARTIES’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any decision you make about licensure, employment, or practice based on the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, original text, components, and data compilations are owned by PGBDIC LLCand protected by applicable laws. You may link to and reference the Site, but you may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions without permission.
Third-party links
We link to official boards, Nursys, and other sources for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.
Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and PGBDIC LLC regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Changes
We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
